"I was a nine year customer here. The first claim I had (for a tow) they sent the check to an old mailing address. When I notified the agency they told me to contact the claims department directly and to have a good day. The agent (Shannon Fortune) was supposed to be the one who updated my mailing address in the first place, then they tell me they won't assist in getting the claim check to me. Why even use an in-person agent if this so the level of output you receive from them? I've cancelled my policy with state farm and won't be going back."
